TiAIN HSS step drill bit for burr-free drilling and reaming of metal sheets, pipes and profiles.

Drill hole diameter: 4-12 mm Gradient: 1 mm

Area of use: Steel, Cr-Ni steel, non-ferrous metals, acrylic glass and plastic up to a wall thickness of 5 mm.

With two cutting edges and a fixed centring tip. The hole diameters are signed by laser in both grooves. The scale is legible when the tool is rotating. With a chamfer-planer zone for deburring on both sides in one pass. The TiAIN coating for dry machining offers a higher level of surface hardening compared with TiN coatings.
