61858 Delock docking station SATA HDD > USB 3.0

Brief description This Delock HDD docking station is used for the external connection of a 2.5 or 3.5 SATA HDD via a USB interface. The docking cable can also be connected to your hard drive without using the bracket. The enclosed cover plates protect the hard disk drive on the PCB side from possible short circuit by inserting it in the mounting holes of your 2.5 or 3.5 HDD. You can also connect a Blu-ray or DVD drive to the docking cable to connect with your system. USB 3.0 standard permits a data transfer rate of up to 5 Gb/s (SuperSpeed). If your computer is not yet equipped with a USB 3.0 interface, the docking station can also be operated via a USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 port. The data transfer rate then corresponds to the respective USB specification. The One-Touch Backup function allows you to easily synchronise the data on your hard drive at the touch of a button.
