Stannol Multifix 450-01 is specially designed for rework and repair and is suitable for both manual and automatic dispensing. The extremely low activation causes a very good insulation behaviour of the flux residues after soldering. Therefore Multifix 450-01 is excellent for many applications in electronic production.

The residues of Stannol Multifix 450-01 are quickly hard, dry and non-sticky, they can be removed as required with the cleaning medium Stannol Flux-Ex 500.

Application:

A sufficient amount of flux gel is applied manually or with the compressed air dispenser. The soldering temperature should not exceed 350 °C. To evaporate the solvent, it is necessary to heat the entire flux volume above 100 °C. Then a non-sticky film is obtained immediately after cooling.
