The STM32F303xB/STM32F303xC family is based on the high-performance 32-bit RISC core Arm® Cortex®-M4 with FPU running at a frequency of up to 72 MHz, a memory protection unit (MPU) and a trace macrocell (ETM). The family includes high-speed embedded memory up to 256 Kbytes of flash memory, up to 40 Kbytes of SRAM) and an extensive range of advanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. Up to 2 fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), 4 comparators, 2 operational amplifiers, up to one DAC channel, a low-power RTC, up to 5 universal 16-bit timers, a universal 32-bit timer and a timer for the motor controller. Up to 2 I2Cs, 3 SPIs (2 SPIs are multiplexed full duplex I2Ss), 3 USARTs, up to 2 UARTs, CAN and USB. To achieve the accuracy of the audio class, I2S peripherals can be clocked via an external PLL. The STM32F302xB/STM32F302xC operate in a temperature range of -40 to +85°C with 2.0 - 3.6 V power supply. Power-saving modes enable the development of low-power applications.
