CNY17-4 Optocouplers, 5 kV, 70 V, 60 mA, 160-320%, DIP-6

Model CNY17-4 is a 6-pin 1-channel phototransistor output photocoupler with a socket connector. This optocoupler has a CRT of at least 160%. It consists of an infrared-emitting diode (gallium arsenide), which is optically coupled to an NPN-silicon phototransistor. The signal information, including a DC level, can be sent through the device while maintaining a high level of electrical isolation between input and output. The optocoupler is suitable as a replacement for relays and transformers in many digital interface applications as well as in analog and CRT modulation.
