The module has three S, +, - input pins. For correct operation of the output, connect any 5 V power supply to the "+" pin, ground "-" and the "S" to your input signal. Outputs are marked as NO - normally open, NC - normally closed. Providing high level to pin S switches the relay contacts and creates a connection between COM and NO, disconnecting COM from NC.
