The operational amplifiers of Microchip Technology Inc. MCP6291/1R/2/3/4/5 family of operational amplifiers (OP amps) provide a wide bandwidth for current. This family has a 10 MHz gain bandwidth product (GBWP) and a phase range of 65°. This family also operates with a single supply voltage of only 2.4 V while absorbing a quiescent current of 1 mA (typical). In addition, the MCP6291/1R/2/3/4/5 supports rail-to-rail input and output oscillations with a common mode input voltage range from VDD + 300 mV to VSS - 300 mV. This family of operational amplifiers was developed using Microchip's advanced CMOS process. The MCP6293/5 has a Chip Select (CS) input for single/dual operational amplifiers. The CS input puts the block into low-power mode. The MCP6291/1R/2/3/4/5 family operates in the extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
