It takes a little more than two hours to fully charge two batteries, a little more than four hours for four batteries (AA batteries 2100 mAh), power is supplied via a USB port. The dual-colour LED indicator shows the charging status and indicates if disposable batteries or faulty batteries have been inserted. The "Battery status check" is a new feature to this charger. This feature allows you to quickly and easily check whether your batteries are still sufficiently charged or need to be recharged.
