EL0530(TA) Optocoupler, 3.75kV, 1MBd, 2-way, SOP-8

The EL053X devices each consist of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-speed photodetector transistor. A separate connection for the bias voltage of the photodiode and the collector of the output transistor increase the speed by several orders of magnitude compared to conventional phototransistor couplers by increasing the base-collector capacitance of the input transistor. The components are housed in an 8-pin package with a small cross-section, which corresponds to the standard SO-8 package.
