Power MOSFET N-channel logic level

Enhancement-mode N-channel silicon-gate power field-effect transistors specifically designed for use with logic-level (5 V) driver sources in applications such as programmable controllers, automotive circuits and solenoid drivers. This performance is achieved through a special gate oxide design that delivers full conductivity at gate bias voltages in the range of 3 V to 5 V, enabling true on-off power control directly from the supply voltages of the logic circuits.
