The module integrates Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, audio, IR receiving interface, display interface, power management circuits, and other peripherals on a 2.95cm x 2.95cm PCB. This SoM has a single-sided layout which means the back of the PCB is completely flat and has no traces. This helps to get rid of any interference when using this board with a carrier board. It can run Linux OS and has fast boot-up times with the included NAND flash storage. IDO-SOM2D02-V1-2GW has a 96-pin package with a 1.1mm pitch extending all resources of SSD202 to connect to other peripherals and prototype your projects!
