PLASTIK 70 is a highly effective, quick drying, transparent insulating and protective clear lacquer coating for use in protecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) from humidity and environmental attack and overcomes electrical leakages and short circuits.

By applying this acrylic resin lacquer three times to the same area (allowing 30 minutes between applications) a dielectric strength of 16kV is obtained.

For repair work and maintenance PLASTIK 70 clear lacquer can be soldered through, or totally removed with a suitable solvent.

As a low viscosity fixing and insulating lacquer, PLASTIK 70 can also be used as extra/after insulation of coils and transformers and overcomes disturbing noises.

PLASTIK 70 can also be used as a universal protective coating on any surface like metal, paper, ornaments, paintings, furniture, etc.
