Faithfull ADD 1775 Diamond Wheel Dresser 0.25 Carat

Faithfull single point diamond grinding wheel dresser that can be used to accurately shape and clean the cutting face of vitrified bench grinder wheels. When used regularly, this tool will maintain the cutting surface of a grinding wheel, helping to ensure that precision cutting tools are honed and sharpened correctly for optimum performance.

The dresser is manufactured from a hardened and tempered polished steel handle and fitted with a diamond tip. Regular truing and dressing of vitrified grinding wheels removes worn abrasives and waste materials that have become embedded into the grinding wheel. This restores the cutting face for optimum performance and helps to minimise vibration. Single point diamond dressing tools are suitable for use on most surface, cylindrical and internal grinding applications.

Tip: 0.25 Carat Diamond. Suitable for bench grinding wheels of up to 150mm diameter.
