Velleman Eurocard 3 holes per island - 100x160mm - FR4

This 160mm x 100mm printed circuit board has islands which are connected per 3, making it easier to make connections and less wire / solder is needed than with separate islands.

Eurocard is a European standard format for printed circuit boards (PCB) cards that can be plugged together in a standard chassis which in turn can be mounted in a 19 inch rack. The chassis consists of a series of card guides with slots at the top and bottom, into which the cards slide so that they stand upright, like books on a shelf.
