The SparkFun Digi XBee® Development Board is engineered to streamline the prototyping of low-power cellular IoT applications using the latest Digi XBee 3 Low-Power LTE-M/NB-IoT and Digi XBee RR modules. This versatile board supports a wide array of Digi XBee modules, including LTE cellular, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, 900/868MHz, and DigiMesh. It breaks out all the functionality of your XBee module, accommodating the power requirements of cellular modules, and has undergone a comprehensive design review by Digi Engineering.Utilize the XBee Development Board to create sensor networks for remote monitoring, wirelessly control devices from your PC, and prototype real-time data acquisition systems. This all-in-one development board provides access to the XBee's pin functionality, features two USB-C connectors for UART communication and firmware updates, a Qwiic connector for I2C sensors and peripherals, as well as Reset and D0 buttons. Additionally, it supports firmware updates for cellular XBee modules and includes a JST port for battery connection, allowing for mobile and sustained operation with its battery charging capabilities.Digi Remote Manager® simplifies the configuration and control of devices from a central platform. The board incorporates Digi TrustFence® security, identity, and data privacy features, which use multiple layers of control to safeguard against evolving cyber threats.
