Chauvin Arnoux 1403-01 C.A 6513 Insulation Measuring Device 500/1000 V

The Chauvin Arnoux CA 6513 megohmmeter measures insulation and contact resistance in accordance with IECE 61557 and VDE 413, parts 1 and 4. The meter perfoms automatic checking of resistance by direct measurement and has an logarithmic analog scale for easier reading of insulation values. For safety and reliability it can test its internal battery and it checks for voltages in the target circuit before making a measurement. After an insulation test it has an automatic discharge system for the test circuit. The CA 6513 is supplied with 4 x AA batteries, 1 set of test leads, a shock-proof rubber holster and operating instructions.
