If you need more range for your LoRa project, you need this long-life outdoor antenna with appropriate gain. The 868MHz collinear antenna (dipole array) is therefore available in different lengths and is supplied with material for mast or wall mounting.

These high-performance antennas are made of copper and glass fiber (UV-resistant protective housing). A collinear antenna is an arrangement of dipoles of copper wires in a straight line. The radiating dipoles add up all radiation intensities and thus ensure higher performance and gain. These antennas are ideal for use with robust, high-performance LoRaWAN outdoor gateways.

However, they can also be used with LoRaWAN nodes. They have a Type-N connector for direct connection to gateways or via an interface cable. Collinear antennas can be mounted vertically on a mast. Suitable for harsh outdoor conditions as they are IP67 certified.

The IP67 fiberglass antennas usually have a type N connector. When mounted vertically, a weatherproof coating prevents water and moisture from collecting on the threads or penetrating the housing. Various outdoor gateways have an N antenna connection. An appropriate adapter can be used for other connections. Adapters, cable adapters, cable extensions, lightning protection and insulation material are available on request.
