TA7642 - TA7642 is a single chip AM Radio Integrated Circuit (IC) with AGC

The Ferranti IC TA7642 contains a complete, sensitive, AM medium wave receiver. The IC is the replacement for the famous ZN414 and an alternative to the MK484. There is only an LF amplifier left to get the audio signal (50 mV) to speaker level.
