TL431BSA-7 Voltage reference, 2.495 - 36 V, 100 mA, SOT-23-3 T/R

The TL431 and TL432 are three-port adjustable shunt regulators that provide excellent temperature stability and an output current carrying capacity of up to 100 mA. The output voltage can be set to any voltage between 2.5 and 36 V by selecting two external splitter resistors. The components can be used as an alternative to zener diodes in a host of applications that require an improvement in zener performance. The Diodes TL431 boasts the same electrical specifications as the industry standard '431 and is available in two qualities with initial tolerances of 1% and 0.5% respectively for qualities A and B.
