The Tektronix TCP0020 Probe - AC/DC current measurement probe is an easy to use, high-performance designed for use with a variety of oscilloscopes. The TCP0020 is designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI™ probe interface. It provides easy access to scope-displayed probe menu for probe setup control and operating status information.

This TCP0020 current probe provides a performance level to support 50MHz measurement system bandwidth and provides a maximum 20 ARMS measurement range. This probe also provides excellent accuracy to current levels as low as 10mA, important for meeting today's challenging current measurement needs.
