40 V, 200mA Schottky Barrier Diodes in X2DFN2 & X2DFNW2

Schottky barrier diodes are optimized for very low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. These diodes are used in a wide range of DC-DC converter, clamping and protection applications across multiple market segments. This 40V/200mA series is available in X2DFN2 & X2DFNW2 wettable flank (1.0x0.6mm) small footprint, surface mount packages. The wettable flank DFN package in particular is designed to meet optimal Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) requirements commonly found within Automotive production lines. This series enables designers to meet the challenging task of achieving higher efficiency designs while meeting reduced board space requirements.
