3 to 7 Series Li-ion Battery Fuel Gauge IC

The RAJ240091 is a Renesas Li-ion battery fuel gauge IC (FGIC), which consists of an MCU device and an AFE device in a single package. It features the RL78 CPU core with multiple low-power modes, enabling high performance during ultra-low power operation.

This fuel gauge IC includes control firmware stored in embedded flash memory, which manages the operation of its analog and digital circuits.
