WEICON anti-spatter spray HP is a high-quality release and lubricant and is used for cleaning and keeping welding tips, welding nozzles and gas nozzles clean. At the same time, it protects workpieces and surfaces to be welded from the adhesion and influence of welding splashes without affecting the weld seam. The silicone-free anti-spatter spray provides long-lasting protection for treated surfaces. Using the spray keeps downtime and interruptions in the production process for cleaning the welding equipment to a minimum. The use of the spray eliminates the need to clean the workpieces with a spatula, brush or chisel. Post-treatment of workpieces (e.g. burnishing, electroplating, anodising and painting) is therefore possible without special cleaning. Cleaning, e.g. with WEICON Spray Cleaner S, may only be necessary if the spatter is too strong.
