LM79L12ACM/NOBP Linear voltage regulator, 0.1 A, -12 V, SO-8

The LM79LXXAC series of 3-terminal negative voltage regulators offer fixed output voltages of -5 V, -12 V and -15 V with output currents greater than 100 mA. The development of these devices involved the latest computer technologies to optimise the thermal/electrical behaviour of the enclosed ICs. In combination with a minimum output capacitor of 0.1 µF, the LM79LXXAC series has excellent transient response, a maximum line control of 0.07% VO/V and a maximum load control of 0.01% VO/mA.
