Designed for high-speed printing With validated print speeds of up to 300 mm/s, BEDROCK 3D PLA Tough enables highly efficient production without adjusting the hardware. Despite the high speed, the material delivers an excellent surface finish and consistently high print quality. The low error rate ensures minimum reject rates and optimised production costs.

Robustness on a technical level PLA Tough offers up to 720% higher impact resistance and 133% higher strength than conventional ABS - while being easy to process at the same time. The mechanical properties can be further enhanced by optional annealing: Up to 230% increased impact resistance and heat resistance up to 157°C.
