The S25HL02GTFABHV050 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die, 24-ball BGA package. It supports Quad SPI up to 166 MHz SDR and 102 MHz DDR, with read speeds up to 102 MBps. Key features include ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, Endurance Flex architecture, ECC, and advanced sector protection. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
