The S25HS512TFAMHB010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory with Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI up to 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz). It features flexible sector architecture, 256/512-byte page buffer, and ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it achieves up to 1,280,000 cycles endurance for main array sectors and meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for automotive and industrial reliability.
