S29GL512T10DHI013

The S29GL512T10DHI013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory with parallel interface, ideal for embedded systems needing high density and fast access. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it supports ×8/×16 data bus and asynchronous page/random read modes. Random access time is 100–120 ns, page access is 15–25 ns. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer. It meets AEC-Q100 automotive grades and is available in multiple packages.
