The S29GL512T10DHA010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel MIRRORBIT™ flash memory built on 45-nm technology, offering fast random access times down to 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns. Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, it features a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC with single-bit error correction, uniform 128 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
