The S25FL128SAGMFI011 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O voltage, it achieves up to 52 MBps Quad read and 80 MBps Quad DDR read speeds. Endurance is rated at 100,000 cycles and data retention at 20 years. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification supports automotive and industrial use. Security features include block protection and a 1024-byte OTP array.
