The S25FL128SAGMFBG00 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory featuring 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, including DDR read commands, with read speeds up to 52 MBps (Quad, SDR) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR) at 3.0 V. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
