The S25FL128SAGBHVC00 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase performance. It supports single, dual, quad, and DDR read modes with up to 80 MBps read speed and 1.5 MBps page programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it delivers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 qualification makes it ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded.
