The S25FL128SAGBHVB03 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory utilizing Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for enhanced program and erase speeds. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core voltage and supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Maximum read rates reach 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode, with page programming buffers of 256 or 512 bytes and endurance of at least 100,000 cycles.
