The S25FL512SAGMFIG13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR commands, achieving up to 80 MBps read speed. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 qualification makes it ideal for demanding automotive and industrial applications.
