The S25FL512SAGMFI011 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI interfaces, including DDR modes, with read speeds up to 80 MBps and page programming at 1.5 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it features a 1024-byte OTP region and automatic ECC.
