The S25FL512SAGMFI010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O (Single, Dual, Quad), DDR read commands, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply. With up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it is ideal for high-reliability automotive and industrial applications.
