The S25FL512SAGBHM210 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O voltage, it supports SDR and DDR read modes up to 80 MBps. With advanced sector protection, 100,000 cycles endurance, 20-year retention, and a 1024-byte OTP region, it is ideal for embedded code shadowing, XIP, and secure data storage in automotive and industrial systems.
