The S25FL256SAGMFBG00 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it supports AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C). Maximum read rates are 52 MBps in Quad mode and 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode. Key features include hybrid or uniform sectors, advanced sector protection, and a 1024-byte OTP array.
