The S25FL128SAGBHI310 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, designed for embedded code storage and data applications. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR, with read speeds up to 52 MBps and DDR up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it withstands -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1) and endures 100,000 program-erase cycles.
