The S25FL256SDSMFB003 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory built on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI, with SDR up to 133 MHz and DDR up to 80 MHz for read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers hybrid or uniform sector architectures, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Automotive-grade options meet AEC-Q100 standards.
