The S25FL256SDSMFB000 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR read commands, with maximum read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it offers hybrid sector architecture, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention. Automotive qualified up to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C).
