The FM25L04B-G is a 4-Kbit (512 × 8) serial F-RAM memory with SPI interface, providing nonvolatile storage with 100 trillion read/write cycles endurance and up to 151 years data retention at 65°C. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C, supports up to 20 MHz clock, and features NoDelay™ writes, advanced write protection, and low active current. Its 8-pin SOIC package suits applications needing frequent, rapid writes and robust retention.
