The S25FL256SDSBHMA10 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory featuring 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high performance and reliability. It supports up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read speeds, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply with 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification enables operation from -40°C to +125°C.
