The S25FL256SDPMFV011 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data rates up to 133 MHz SDR and 80 MHz DDR. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers advanced sector protection, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to +125°C, it is ideal for automotive code storage.
