The S25FL128SDPBHVC03 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with Single, Dual, and Quad data lines, including DDR operation up to 80 MHz (80 MBps). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it meets -40°C to +105°C and AEC-Q100 Grade 2.
