CY14B101NA-ZS25XIT is a 1-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 64 K × 16 with QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C and delivers 25 ns access. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using a 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor, with STORE/RECALL also via software or HSB pin. It supports 20-year retention and 1,000 K STORE cycles in a 44-pin TSOP II package.
