It supports flexible I/O voltages (VIO: 1.65 V to VCC), uniform or boot sector architectures, and advanced sector protection. With ECC for data integrity, 128-word write buffer, and 100,000 erase cycles per sector, it is ideal for reliable code storage in industrial and automotive applications.
