The S25FL512SAGMFVR10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports high-speed read up to 133 MHz (52 MBps Quad, 80 MBps Quad DDR), SPI Multi-I/O, 32-bit addressing, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core, 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and -40°C to 125°C. Security features include OTP, block and sector protection, and password protection, making it ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and data storage.
